Debt Apocalypse

Fort Lauderdale, FL — Debt.com staff members dug deep this Halloween season to uncover a grave problem: Debt can turn consumers into overextended decaying zombies, but with the help of Debt.com people can come back from the debt and regain financial health.

The 60-second video “Survive the Zombie Debt Apocalypse” is an irreverent grass roots effort where the actors are Debt.com staff members and volunteers. “The Debt.com team became zombies to illustrate how debt can eat you alive and if people are careening towards problem debt, there is a way out, and that way is with Debt.com,” says Howard Dvorkin, CPA and Chairman of Debt.com.  In Debt.com fashion the entire production cost under $1,500.

The video illustrates how Americans are plagued with student loans, credit cards, wedding debt, high mortgage payments, and stolen identities.  “Rotting credit scores and rancid debts are the enemy of Debt.com and we offer people a trusted place with vetted solution providers to find the debt cure they need,” Dvorkin continued.

With household debt including mortgages, credit cards, auto loans and student loans, at $11.65 trillion according to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and consumer spending increasing $13.5 billion last quarter it is not a far reach to say that debt has gotten out of control for many consumers. Debt.com urges consumers to seek help.

The video concludes “One website for any debt problem… Debt.com turns the Day of the Living Debt into Day of The Debt-Free Living!” and that is truly what Debt.com hopes to accomplish.
