Millennials who “plan to actively look for a new job in 2015,” according to insurance firm AON. That’s 43 percent of the more than 80 million millennials in the country (born between 1977 and 2000). In other words, there’s a lot of young people who think their current job sucks.

The year millennials will become half of the workforce, according to calculations from IBM, which also observed, “Millennials are less likely than older generations to use their personal social media accounts for business purposes: 37 percent never do so, compared to only 7 percent of baby boomers.”

car lovers

27 percent

Millennial men who describe their relationship with their car as a “love affair,” according to AutoTrader. Only 18 percent of millennial women feel the same way. Regardless of gender, “nearly half of those surveyed believe their car to be an extension of themselves.”

Median ages when men and women are now getting married, according to the Census. In 1940, it was 24 and 21.

Millennials who “want coffee makers in their cars,” according to Carnegie Mellon University, which asked what tech Americans want to see added to automobiles. Another 37 percent of millennials “to have their cars designed as an office” — although “they also showed the greatest affinity in cars designed to host great mobile parties.”
