Women under the age of 40 who have “cried at least once over their hair in the past six months,” according to Aussie Hair products, which paid a reputable research firm to also discern this: “23 percent of women under age 40 think that while having sex, a partner ruining their hair would be worse than a partner who can’t perform.”

“Only 4 in 10 young girls would describe their curly hair as beautiful,” says Dovein yet another disturbing hair survey. And it doesn’t get better with age. Dove says it “commissioned a global study and found that only 10 percent of women in the United States with curly hair feel proud of their hair.”

And while this has nothing to do with anything, “52 percent wish their company would get better quality coffee for their office.”

Plastic surgeons who “saw an increase in requests for celebrity procedures in 2014,” according to the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS to those in the know). Major requests were “Angelina Jolie’s lips and cheekbones,” ‘Beyonce’s facial structure,” and “Natalie Portman’s nose.” That’s a huge increase in so-called “celebrity requests” from just 3 percent in 2013. Who the hell knows what 2015 will bring.

when girls hit puberty

“The weighted mean age of menarche,” according to the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. In other words, girls today are hitting puberty at 12. A century ago, a girl’s first period happened at 16 or 17.
